Tortelloni Ricotta cheese and Spinach Gluten Free Tortellini

Every province in Emilia Romagna, from Reggio Emilia to Ferrara, has its own recipe for this stuffed pasta which is directly linked to the gastronomic excellence of each territory.
Following the Emilian culinary traditions, GustaMente Tortelloni has a tasty stuffing made from fresh ricotta from the Apennine mountains and spinach leaves encased in a thin, elastic egg pasta, in a strictly gluten-free version.   
The carefully selected ingredients give GustaMente Tortelloni their unique flavour, making them the stars of any meal.

Dough ingredients: (60%):

  • Flour mix (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, peas flour, vegetable fibre, natural flavours)
  • Eggs 24%
  • Sunflower oil

Filling ingredients (40%):

  • Ricotta cheese 25% (cow’s milk whey, cow’s milk, cow’s milk cream, salt)
  • Corn flour preparation (corn flour, sunflower oil)
  • Potato flakes
  • Whey (from milk)
  • Spinach 8%
  • D.O.P. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk, salt, rennet)
  • Fibre
  • Sunflower oil
  • Dextrose
  • Salt
  • Natural flavours
  • Spinach powder 2%
  • Onion powder
  • Milk’s proteins
  • Nutmeg

It may contain traces of soy.
