GustaMente Ditali proposes this typical pasta from Campania tradition, in an egg-based gluten-free version. It’s shaped as a small cylinder and it is children favourite. It seems that the name originates from that classic tailoring tool, the thimble. Ideal in many recipes, from vegetable minestrone to soups, as well as other typical regional recipes with pulses, such as pasta and beans.

Ingredients:

  • Flour mix (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, peas flour, vegetable fibre, natural flavours)
  • Eggs 24%
  • Sunflower oil
    It may contain traces of soy.

Cooking time: 3-4 Minutes
