Balanzoni Mortadella di Bologna IGP, Ricotta Cheese, Spinach Gluten Free Pasta

The variants of tortellone that you can enjoy in Italy include one very special one which was created in the shadow of Bologna’s two towers. This is the Balanzone, which takes its name from the city’s carnival mask.
GustaMente Balanzoni are made respecting the original recipe, revisited in a gluten-free version. They have the shape of a little green hat, “cappelletto”, and the tasty stuffing has all the flavours of Bolognese tradition: ricotta and spinach mixed with Mortadella Bologna IGP, which give this delight its unique flavour.
